The website is informational: it presents the salon, our treatments, indicative prices and the products we distribute. It is not an online shop and no payments are made through it; payment is made at the salon.

We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may change without prior notice. Information confirmed by the salon when you book takes precedence.

Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL), VAT included, and are indicative; “from” indicates the minimum price. The final price depends on the area, the treatment and the number of sessions, and is confirmed at your consultation, before the treatment.

Promotions are valid only for the period and under the conditions announced with them (included treatments, any limits). Terms for gift vouchers and packages are provided at purchase, at the salon.

• A request sent via the website form, by phone or on Instagram is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment.
• The appointment is confirmed once the salon confirms it by SMS, phone or email.
• Please give us correct contact details so we can let you know about your appointment.

If you cannot make it, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. For multi-⁠session programmes and packages, rescheduling terms may be agreed individually at your consultation.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so as not to delay the next appointments, or we may offer you another time. Please call us if you know you will be late.

Contraindications are discussed at your consultation, at the salon. Please tell your specialist about anything that may be relevant (for example, pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin conditions, medication). The specialist may postpone or decline a treatment if it is not suitable for you.

Our treatments are cosmetic and care treatments. The information on this website is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

Results vary from person to person and depend on skin and hair type, the number of sessions and home care. Photos and descriptions on the website are illustrative and do not guarantee any particular result.

Appointments for anyone under 18 are made by a parent or legal guardian, who accompanies the minor to the salon. Whether a treatment is suitable for a minor is decided at the consultation.

esthemax® products are intended for professional use and are sold only to cosmetologists and salons (B2B), on request. Product information on the website is not a public offer; prices and delivery terms are provided on request.

The texts, photos, graphics and La Fête logo on this website belong to PRO SPA S.R.L. or are used with the permission of their owners. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent. esthemax® and Hydrojelly® are trademarks of their respective owners.

As a consumer, you have the rights provided by Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can contact the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency (consumator.gov.md) or go to court.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We will first try to settle any disagreement amicably; if that is not possible, it will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

We may update these terms when our services, salon rules or the law change. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update; appointments already confirmed remain subject to the conditions communicated at confirmation.
